I don't understand why reviewers show the entire takeoff and landing. We know you got airborne and landed safely. Cut that portion of the video by 80% and use that time to show the menus more slowly. Thank you.

Thanks for the review, however, I'd say its a 3/5 star business class. Tiny t.v, poor cabin color combinations, cheap looking materials and no special touches. There is a lot to be said for an airline that had Emirates, Ethiad, Oman Air, Qatar, All Nippon and Japan as examples of what to do.

I am so booking my next flight on Singapore Airlines. Looks amazing. Just finished my trip on JAL, great service and food but seat looks very old and not really function.

Allegris is dead on arrival

I'm just getting started doing this. Could be addicting. I'm also doing slow motion video, 120fps using Olympus E-M1 Mk III and the 40-150mm f/2.8 with the 2x teleconverter. Gives me the same FOV and f/ratio as your Sony telephoto (160-600mm f/5.6 equivalent). I'm near DFW airport, where we have several RUclips plane spotters livestreaming. Liked and subscribed!

With the exception of the veal, the food actually looked pretty decent. I would be happy to try out this product on my next trip to Europe from Canada.

The way the IFE controls switch back and forth from the main screen to the supplementary control screen is not weird... it's annoying! Lufthansa needs to fix that annoying feature soon. I wonder why they didn't find that glitch during testing. I would assume someone from Lufthansa's R&D would have caught it before the launch of the Alegris class of seats.

I think I might be on the Allegris service in the Fall, as the seat map I chose from has a single line of seats down each side. Wait and see, I guess! Thanks.

Brilliant trip report. Beautiful in flight, taxi, landing and take-off views wonderfully captured by your great cinematographic and editing skills. JAL seems like a very good airline. Would love to try those Apex suites one day. Is JAL a ‘windows firmly shut in flight’ airline like Korean and Cathay? How were you able to get the in-flight shots?

Singapore is never mentioned as a controlled state. Eva Air PE is ok, I use it for Bangkok to London route, it's not cheap, food and service is average, However as is a direct route that's why I use it.

The only thing AF is good at it’s their First class… other than that you don’t feel France!
